Names - PEPLER/LOE , SCROOP, BYATT, MURSELL, COXHEAD, BELL

Other names I am interested in also include Milne, Groom, Young and Chapman. I have reached dead ends on all of these lines. I have also done extensive research in to several of these names and have two websites that show my findings with sources and pictures.
The first is dedicated to the Pepler/low name in all it's spelling variations. It is at
