Re: Computer Problems
It's not!
I can't do things on my phone.
If anyone knows anything about windows 11 and drive full let me know please.
Disk clean up doesn't work, deleting files doesn't.
It is just fill.
Easy to type here than message individually.
Sorry.

Re: Computer Problems
I feel your frustration as we're now trying to save things from my phone to an external hard drive and then deleting. Then I'm having to delete things from "the cloud" to free up space on my phone or tablet. It's so long winded. I'd be stuck without hubby and sons help.
Hope you find a solution
Take care

if its a SSD drive their usually not that big it might pay to get a 2tb external storage that plugs into your USB and copy photo etc over to that

Re: Computer Problems
I hope you got your phone sorted mjay?
I think it is Peter? I really don't know!
It looked like all the BCC ged com's were individually saved, rather than being replaced.
I have sorted that and tediously deleted old files, near the end I found a quicker way!
Too late to help myself though!
There is still a problem, corrupt file or something? But nothing is finding it or correcting it.
It's working for now, so everything crossed!

Re: Computer Problems
the best way is to copy everything to an external hard drive 2tb + write down all you passwords for what site you are on and do a factory reset will clear everything but as long as you got Http address and password reconnecting shouldn't be too bad

Hi Jo
I've managed to save what I can on an external hard drive, although there's still some things in 'the cloud' that needs deleting. It's all so time consuming isn't it.
Im glad you've managed to sort some of your issues. I'll be keeping everything crossed for you.

the cloud should take up minimal hard drive disc space as it only a connection to a server so the information isn't store on your computer that in the cloud
