Help needed

Need help locating living descendants to Frank Cecil Harvey.born in the UK in 1886. Arrested by the Germans after invading Norway, sent to Germany before being repatriated in 1944. Married to Constance Drennan who worked at the American Consulate in Bergen, Norway in 1940.
Trying to find as much information on them as possible due to a project on early resistance in Norway during the war.
