locked out of Surnames Section

locked out of Surnames Section

It maybe because I am a new boy or maybe I have missed a button but I cannot post my surnames in that section because the whole lot is locked to me although I am signed in.

I am a bit puzzled... :?:

hi bucklerlan the surname post a-c etc is always locked the mod enter the surname so it dosent get deleted by accident youve posted your surnames in the correct area i will enter them in the correct section
