Only government agencies we contacted were florida and California corporation regulation and they noted they just record company details and filings and have few regulatory authorities . They noted it was same with other trade organisations in USA. They noted only option was to report to local sherrifs who might investigate but that t and c of tribalpages limited any culpability even in a small claims court.

I have just upgraded and paid for a deluxe site to see if the gedcom would upload on BCC2.
It wouldn't
I have sent an email and said I would give 1 month for it to be sorted,
If not, we would inform every possible place to report their incompetence.
Sorry everyone, I have tried and tried.

I applaud you for trying everything you could think of, no need to apologise.

Only other thing I can think to do is write to his home address in San Marcos.

It seems that the captur human box is only on the 2 sites you have Grangers
the bcc and bcc 2 ones but not on the test one you have which is strange.
Does anyone else have it on their T.P site?

There is no activity on their forums at all.

Have they taken your money for the BCC 2 site deluxe site Grangers?
Or did that not go thru?

Yes, they have taken the money.
I have had monthly newsletters for Bcc2 and Bcc test but not for BCC.

My own TP has the captur on it.
I wonder if it's paid for sites that have it?

I find that odd that only your email sites have the captur box on them.

As it seems that kdw's paid site is free of it and other sites don't have it.

Have you tried getting someone to log into Bcc with your passwords from their computer see what happens.

I am wondering if it/yours has been hacked?
But it is odd that there is no response from T.pages to anyones correspondence with them.

Grangers I would contact your bank and get your money back if you have paid via credit card.

If we were in the states we could get a solicitor onto them.

From reading many reviews of tribal apparently they are notorious for not replying or responding to anything.

I have just checked other free accounts, I set up for friends, most, there is no captur.
My private tree is my own email, BCC is RR email.
So no connection! :?
It wasn't credit card, so direct payment, so no money will be returned.

People have tried to login to BCC with their own but can't get on.
Mally tried to login on BCC2 but it wouldn't allow her to as admin. Seems Rob tried to login to one of of them.

I don't want to pay anymore money, I have spent plenty since August and this year plus the 123 REG.

Grangers14 I think it is time to take the gloves off and come out fighting. I think you should send letter I sent your u to Black Country Bugke amended to identify that rao ravindar lives in San Marcos. You should copy letter to Black Country to editor or and appropriate columnist in San Marcos Record you can find email addresses by googling San Marcos Record . I can help with suitable introduction to letter if you wish but it should go on lines that are residents of San Marcos aware of possible fraudulent trading by a resident that is giving San Marcos a bad reputation

Take some time Grangers to look after yourself.
TP do not deserve our business.
Have a think about what you want to do moving forward with the gedcom.
But don't worry or make yourself ill about this.
