Hello everyone,
I'm currently looking into cookware, particularly from the Staub brand, and would like to benefit from your informed opinions. Are you familiar with this brand and its products? I've heard that their enamelled cast-iron casseroles are particularly appreciated for their quality and durability. However, I'm wondering about a few things:
How do they perform over the long term in terms of wear resistance?
Do their heat retention and even baking properties really live up to their reputation?
Are there any tips or special precautions to take when maintaining these cocottes to maximize their lifespan?
I'd also like to know if any of you have compared these products with those of other brands, such as Le Creuset. What is your feedback on this subject?
Thanks in advance
