I have a locally written book by Valerie Worwood and Michael Smith about Low town: Holly Hall, Last Generation. Low Town was built in the early 1800s and demolished late 1940s. It was situated opp King William pub, Pensnett Rd near Russells Hall hospital. Theres a gap between the houses and a cobbled path leading down.
